According to KH Wiki, the Light Draw Bangle is an item that is only received by the players of Kingdom Hearts Unchained X during the "Crystals of Light" event and allows the eponymous crystals to be collected from the exclusive Raid Bosses.

So....I'm not sure if it boosts your Lux or not but I made it into a 3D model xD

I wanted to make a 3D model of the 'Power Bangle', also known as bracelet that starts letting you 'Guilt' your medals and boosting their special attack bonus. But sadly an official artwork does not exist for the 'Power Bangle'
